Lawyer, parliamentary counsel, manager. A graduate of law studies and Executive MBA at the University of Warsaw. He also completed, among others, legislative training at the Government Legislation Centre. He specializes in regulations, public affairs, as well as public relations and media relations. He has served as the spokesperson for the Marshal of the Sejm and the parliamentary counsel in the Polish government. As the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Digital Affairs, he oversaw the area of regulations and state digitization. He is a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics, teaching in the "Cybersecurity Management" program. He gained business experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, among others. He managed sales of telecommunications, cybersecurity, IoT products and services to the public, financial and energy sectors and corporations. He was also responsible for corporate communication, particularly in public affairs and participation in regulatory projects affecting the telecommunications and IT sectors.
